The purpose built boat Morning Star is a 10m Mitchell 31 Sea Angler.
Built of GRP and powered by a 250hp Perkins supercharged marine diesel, she is a safe, fast and stable vessel from which to fish.
Radar, VHF Radio and Fishfinder enable the vessel to fish with accuracy.
While out it is in constant contact with shore radio stations. Liferaft and lifejackets are on board as standard. The vessel complies with all modern irish marine authority standards and European safety standards.
